Flores FastTrack coordinates arrivals, departures and onward transfers at Komodo Airport in Labuan Bajo. The service is run by a duty desk on a roster, not by a single named concierge.
Why a roster, not a personality
Flights into Labuan Bajo cluster in the morning and thin out badly in the afternoon, and the last boats to the national park leave on a tide, not a timetable. A service built around one named individual breaks the first time two flights land together. We staff the airport as a duty roster with a shared handover log, so the person meeting your flight has the same booking notes as the person who took your enquiry. That is why nobody’s face appears on this page.
What we verify before we publish it
Schedule information comes from the operating airlines and the airport operator; national park access rules, entry tariffs and ranger requirements come from the Komodo National Park authority rather than from tour listings, because the two frequently disagree. Where a park rule has changed recently and we have not yet seen it confirmed in writing, the page says so instead of stating it as settled.
What we do not claim
We are a ground-handling and coordination desk. We do not control immigration or security processing, we hold no ranger or park-guide authority, and we publish no individual licence numbers or professional titles. Where a park activity legally requires a licensed ranger, we arrange one — we do not claim to be one.
