How early should you know my flight?
Send your flight number and arrival time on WhatsApp as soon as it's booked. We track the flight, so your concierge is at the gate whether you land on time or early — no need to message when you board.
What happens with my luggage?
Your concierge collects and carries your bags from the belt through to your vehicle. Because LBJ is a single-terminal airport, the walk is short — you move through with your hands free.
Can you connect me straight to my liveaboard or marina?
Yes. We time the car transfer to your boat tender at the Labuan Bajo marina or pier. Road legs are typically 8–12 minutes to the marina — honest, but not guaranteed, since it depends on traffic and flight bunching on the day.
Do you handle groups and charters?
We do. For groups of 7 or more, or full yacht charters, we coordinate multiple greeters, extra porters and additional vehicles so the whole party moves together. Share your numbers on WhatsApp and we'll map it out.
